Milly received her law degree from Harvard Law School in 1979, and since that time has acquired experience in various fields of law including civil litigation, criminal defense, trial practice, and appeals. She has practiced before state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Oregon, and is equally adept at advising clients and arguing their causes before local and appellate courts. She now focuses her practice on bankruptcy. Milly is a native of Georgia who has made her home in Bend since 1998.

Senior Legal Assistant, Cindy LaRue brings to the firm over three years' experience in the areas of bankruptcy document analysis and petition preparation. A native of Oregon and long time resident of LaPine, Cindy has been employed by Milly Whatley, P.C. since 2006.

Rocky Whatley, Director of Public Relations

Rocky retired from ranching in 2002 and began his legal career as a receptionist in 2003. His exemplary performance, innate charm, and skill at client interaction led to a promotion to Director of Public Relations. Rocky takes his responsibilities quite seriously, and makes every effort to create a calm, relaxed environment for all clients.
